Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy with the potential to restore the individual physically, mentally and spiritually. Although a single massage will be enjoyable, the effect of massage are cumulative and a course of massage treatments will bring the most benefits-such as strengthening and toning the entire body mechanism , stimulating or calming the nervous system - depending upon what is required by the individual.

Swedish Massage:
Swedish massage is the classic Western massage style, using massage oil and long flowing strokes. It is also the basis for many specialty style of massage, such as deep tissue, sports, pregnancy and medical.
Kerala Ayurvedic Massage:
The treatments are variously divided into rejuvenative, preventive, and curative. The most common rejuvenative therapy is the herbal oil massage, where two oils are selected according to one's body constituency and massaged lightly but firmly throughout the body. The massage tones up the whole body and, if followed by a steam bath (in water mixed with herbal powers), is fresh and invigorating
